Type msconfig in The Windows Search Box near the Start Button
Select the boot tab
Choose Safe boot and Network
Click Apply, Ok, then Restart. After restarting set up your proxy, run Starwind Ramdisk and minimize it. Voila.
Right-click on a blank spot on The Windows Desktop and choose Display Settings
Set to the maximum resolution and change from 100% to 125%
